short history: El Grosso started in 2003 as Jon was returning to Pittsburgh and Josh and Jake were rocking in a freezing snowcovered barn. Played many shows and went through many bass players through 2006, releasing 3 EPs and a 90min cassette before taking a 2 year break. Halloween 2008 saw El Grosso returning to form recording "New Years Evil" for PPP's 2008 ElectDEAD compilation and playing live
